services, and communications of MIOR Executive Transportation (“MIOR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This

partners, and any individuals interacting with MIOR vehicles, drivers, systems, or communications.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MIOR services only for lawful, respectful, and intended purposes. This includes

providing accurate booking information, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and following

driver instructions related to safety and service delivery.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited: unlawful or criminal activity; harassment, threats, or

abusive behavior toward drivers or staff; use of services for fraudulent purposes; interference with

vehicle operation or safety systems; transport of illegal substances or hazardous materials; and misuse

of MIOR systems, website, or communications.

Vehicle Conduct

Passengers must conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner while using MIOR services.

Smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, possession of open alcohol containers (unless legally permitted),

and damage to vehicles are prohibited. MIOR reserves the right to terminate service immediately for

violations.

Website & Systems Use

Users may not attempt to access, disrupt, or misuse MIOR’s website, booking systems, or technical

infrastructure, including attempts to introduce malware, scrape data, or bypass security measures.

Enforcement

MIOR reserves the right to refuse or terminate service, suspend access, or take appropriate action if

this policy is violated, including cooperation with law enforcement when required.

Relationship to Other Policies

This Acceptable Use Policy operates in conjunction with MIOR’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy,

and Cookie Policy.

Changes to Policy

MIOR may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically. Continued use of services after updates

constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
