To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIOR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or

consequential damages arising from the use of our services. MIOR’s total liability shall not exceed the

amount paid for the specific service.

Force Majeure

MIOR shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable

control, including but not limited to weather, traffic conditions, accidents, mechanical issues, or acts of

government.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of MIOR Executive Transportation

and may not be used without prior written consent.
